The JOE KROWN TRIO has developed its own unique sound by combining the soulful vocals of Walter “Wolfman” Washington with the big sound of Joe Krown’s Hammond B-3 (Joe also plays all of the bass parts on the B-3) and the masterful drumming skills of Russell Batiste Jr. "A killer collaboration between three of New Orleans’ greatest players!"--Jan Ramsey, offBEAT magazine. Krown toured with Clarence "Gatemouth" Brown and Carlos Santana while Batiste hails from one of the legendary “N’awlins” musical families recording with Allan Toussaint, Robbie Robertson, and Harry Connick Jr. Washington’s searing guitar work and soulful vocals got started backing the great vocalist Lee Dorsey (“Working in a Coalmine” and “Ride Your Pony”). www.joekrown.com
